At Satin we absolutely love and enjoy providing great services to all of our clients! To make services run smooth and be respectful to everyone's time we have strict policies put in place to ensure everyone can enjoy their time with us. 



We do require a deposit at the time of booking an appointment for all new clients. We may also require a deposit for services that will take out side of our usual allotted time such as, extreme nail art, extensive nail, lash or color corrections, during a holiday rush season, etc. These deposits are non-refundable but will go toward your service! If you have any questions regarding deposits speak directly to your service provider for clarity on this. 



We try to get as many clients in when they need in. If you hind you are unable to make your appointment, please contact your service provider directly to cancel the appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hrs. notice when canceling to give the option t book to another client. If you fail to notify us in less than 24hrs prior to your appointment a service fee or deposit may be required before you are able to book again. 


Late policies: 

We take pride in providing quality services on time. To ensure we are respectful of everyone's time we ask that you arrive 5 mins early or right at your appointment time. If you are going to be late, please contact your service provider right away. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will regretfully have to cancel your appointment and it will be considered a no-show. A charge or deposit maybe required to book again. 



We completely understand that things happen! However, we do not tolerate no call no show appointments. If you do not show up to your appointment and do not call there will be a full-service charge on your file and you will be prohibited from booking another appointment. 


Group bookings: 

Any bookings involving more than 2 services or persons will require a deposit along with valid credit card information. If you have any questions or concerns with this policy, please reach out to your service provider directly for clarification. 


If you happen to have any questions, concerns or unhappy with your service that you received with us please reach out to us, we will be more than happy to fix it for you. Please note that all and any services provided are none refundable.
